Scott Tiernan

Scott Tiernan is Executive Vice President and Managing Principal in the Atlanta office. Scott and Henry Poer share the day-to-day leadership, management and business development for SRS in the Atlanta market.

Scott’s experience includes leading national accounts, tenant representation/site selection, landlord representation and sourcing development opportunities/acquisitions.

On the national accounts side Scott has led both the national new store and disposition services for Fortune 500 retailers, institutional REITs and high growth private companies.

Scott’s experiences with tenant representation include new to market roll outs with tenants such as Walmart, Raising Canes, Lowe’s, EOS Fitness, and others across the Southeast.

Over the last 15 plus years Scott has completed over 700 Landlord Representation transactions with a focus on land transactions and new developments. 

Scott is consistently recognized with the SRS Top Producer Award and CoStar Power Broker Award and has also been awarded the ConnectCRE Top Southeast Broker and GlobeSt Influencer in Retail Real Estate.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and another in economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee.
