Sarah joined SRS’ Capital Markets team in 2018 from Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation where she managed a team responsible for working with franchisees and internal personnel to accommodate franchisee needs. In her role, she partnered with the legal, accounting, operations, development, and IT departments to implement creative solutions pertaining to franchisee objectives. She also worked for Yum! Brands, Inc., in several tax compliance roles. Her role included managing a team responsible for 95 legal entities who prepared financial statements, handled audit oversights and cash management, and were responsible for project management of the tax department’s brand alignment project. Sarah is a graduate of Indiana University and a member of the Kentucky Society of CPA’s. She takes an interest in the arts as a member of the leadership organization for the Fund for the Arts NeXt! Committee and as a volunteer stage extra for the Louisville Ballet.
