Riley Wood

Riley Wood joined SRS in 2025. He is an Analyst in the Newport Beach office with the National Net Lease team. Riley underwrites investments and produces marketing materials for projects ranging from single tenant retail properties to multi-tenant diversified portfolios. Prior to joining SRS, Riley was an associate at Kidder Matthews. He also worked at Marcus & Millichap.  

Riley is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with degrees in marketing and management.
