Richard (RJ) Dumke

RJ Dumke joined SRS in 2025 as an Associate in the Newport Beach office. He focuses on tenant and owner representation with the SRS industrial team. Prior to joining SRS, RJ was with Lee & Associates. With a strong background in leasing, management, and transactions, he brings a wealth of industry expertise to his clients. Growing up in a family immersed in real estate, RJ developed an understanding of the industry from an early age.

RJ is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder.
