Rich Dorfman

Rich Dorfman is a Vice President with SRS Real Estate Partners. With over ten years of experience in retail investment sales, Rich specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant and multi-tenant net lease assets nationwide. Since joining SRS in 2020, Rich has become a trusted advisor to private investors, family offices, and developers, with a focus on 1031 exchanges, sale-leaseback executions, and ground-up retail development. Rich has closed more than 275 transactions totaling over $1.2 billion across 20+ states.

Rich is a graduate of UMass Amherst where he studied at the Isenberg School of Management. He is an active member of ICSC and attends most regional shows across the country.
