Preston Enloe

Preston joined SRS Real Estate Partners as an Associate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office in 2022. Now a Senior Associate, he focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Preston handles new store site selection for many retailers including Ace Hardware, AutoNation USA, Bang Cookies, Blue Compass RV, Dollar Tree, Hydrate IV Bar, In-N-Out Burger, K9 Resorts Luxury Hotel, Melrose Fashions, Milkshake Factory, Tide Laundromat, Shipley Do-Nuts, and Zaxby’s.

Preston has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate Development from Central Michigan University where he made the dean’s list. He was academic all-conference throughout his collegiate career and was a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Preston is an active member of ICSC.
