Pat Kent advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide and is especially adept at aggressively and diligently marketing properties in order to meet the owner’s objectives of pricing and timing. Pat is one of the industry’s most active and reputable investment advisors in the country, with a track record in excess of $2 billion in transaction volume.

Pat’s experience of over two decades includes single tenant transactions, multi-tenant centers, neighborhood, community and power centers, development pre-sales, and distressed asset sales throughout the U.S.

Pat Kent is Senior Vice President with the Capital Markets team and is a Retail Investment Property Advisor. Pat is member of International Council of Shopping Centers and is on the Investment Advisory Board for substantial Orange County Family Office. Pat, his wife, and two children reside in Irvine, and together they enjoy many outdoor activities. Pat cherishes his role as a husband and father and has the drive to help others achieve their desired lifestyle.
