Nicole Prelle

Nicole Prelle joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Senior Client Services Coordinator in the Newport Beach office. Working with SRS’ growing industrial team, Nicole provides transaction management and marketing support. She conducts research, prepares documentation, presentations, and proposals. Prior to joining SRS, Nicole was an investment associate at Viking International helping clients invest in commercial real estate and multifamily. She holds a California real estate license.
