Nick Wirick

Senior Vice President & Managing Principal

Nick Wirick joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 and is a Senior Vice President, Managing Principal. With more than 25 years in real estate, Nick leads SRS’ tenant and owner services business from our Inland Empire office. Prior to joining SRS, Nick was with Lee & Associates, where he joined as an Associate in 1996 and grew to a leadership role in their Riverside office. 

Nick is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside and a member of ICSC.
