Nick Moscicki

Nick Moscicki joined SRS in 2025 as a Vice President in Newport Beach. Nick specializes in sales and leasing of land and industrial space. He has represented both institutional and private clients with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate throughout Southern California. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities for off market deals on his client’s behalf. Prior to joining SRS, Nick was a Senior Associate with Colliers International.

Nick has a degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California. While at USC, he was a member of the Trojan Real Estate Association and began working in commercial real estate brokerage. He is currently a member of the Association of Industrial Realtors (AIR) and is an active member of the Loyola High Real Estate Alumni Association.
