Nick Krakower

Nick Krakower joined SRS in 2025 as a Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office. Nick specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties in the Orange County, Inland Empire and Mid Counties markets. Focusing on a client-oriented business model, Nick provides effective solutions for his clients based on their needs. Prior to joining SRS, Nick was a Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates where he had success as a top associate and senior broker during his five-year tenure with Lee & Associates.

Nick has a B.A. in business and corporate communications and a minor in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
