Nicholas Maloy

Nicholas Maloy joined SRS in 2025 as An analyst in the Newport Beach office. Nicholas assists brokers in single tenant net lease underwriting, performing financial and market intelligence analysis, and writing reports. Prior to joining SRS, he spent two years as a Junior Driver for Porsche North America, racing one season in America and another in Europe.

Nicholas is studying business at Orange Coast College.
