Neill Kelly joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026. He is a retail real estate veteran who specializes in occupier restructuring and site dispositions. Neill brings decades of experience advising retailers, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on real estate solutions, including bankruptcy, lease restructuring, renewals and large-scale disposition programs. His work is focused on helping clients manage occupancy costs, mitigate exposure from excess real estate and create value from underperforming or non-core assets.
Prior to joining SRS, led CBRE’s Occupier Restructuring and Disposition platform in North America, where he advised clients on real estate valuation, lease restructuring, and disposition strategies across retail and other asset classes. His work has included guiding companies through bankruptcy proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale portfolio transitions.
Neill also served as President of DJM Real Estate, a Gordon Brothers Group Company, one of the leading U.S. providers of real estate valuation, disposition, mitigation and restructuring services to retailers both in and outside of bankruptcy. During his tenure at DJM, Neill and his team successfully completed the disposition or mitigation of millions of square feet of retail and nonretail space for clients domestically and internationally.
Neill has an MBA in management from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
