Mike Grunberg

Michael Grunberg joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as Vice President in the New York office. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties across the United States. Prior to joining SRS, Michael was a vice president at SAB Capital. He also has brokerage experience at Marcus and Millichap. Michael’ is committed to finding creative solutions to maximize value for his clients, specifically for merchant developers in the retail sector.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder.
