Mike Fowle

Mike is a Vice President who joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2013. Mike specializes in retail tenant representation of national retailers and restaurants such as Carter’s, Kohler Signature Stores, Planet Fitness, EoS Fitness, Olukai, Melin, and Roark. He has been the lead account manager for the national roll out of various retailers, including a virtual reality company, Sandbox VR, based in Hong Kong. Mike has a specific focus on core markets and major projects in Southern California and throughout the country. He has developed multi-market real estate strategies, and executed on that strategy, while placing an emphasis on customer traffic data, demographics, local broker support/input, and retailer sales per square foot. Mike has received several awards including the SRS Real Estate Partners Rising Star Award in 2015, and the SRS Top Achiever Award in 2019, 2021 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Arizona. Mike is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate of Southern California. He is a native of Orange County, an avid outdoorsman and traveler, and enjoys spending time with his wife and his three children.
