Melissa Schnell

Melissa Schnell joined SRS in 2020 and serves as the National Operations Manager. In her role, she provides leadership and oversight of work quality and productivity to the transaction operations team. Melissa started with SRS as Operations Coordinator and delivered transaction support to the southern and northern California, Las Vegas, and National Industrial teams. She tracked deal pipelines for broker and corporate revenue forecasting, while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CRM.

Melissa came to SRS with 15 years of experience in real estate, with the majority spent in residential sales, and in property management for a national golf course management company. She was also a retail Operations Manager for Guitar Center, managing day-to-day business at a flagship SoCal location.

Melissa is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has an active California Real Estate License and is a Certified Transaction Coordinator.
