Melanie Maguire joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 as transaction coordinator in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Now an Associate, she focuses on tenant and landlord representation. She supports business development from prospecting through deal closure. Melanie joined SRS with several years of experience in recruiting and advertising account management.

Melanie is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she studied communications and business management. She was able to spend two semesters abroad in England and Italy. Her favorite activity is snow skiing when on vacation in Colorado.
