Matt Lloyd

Client Technology Manager

Matt Lloyd joined SRS in 2013 in the Atlanta office. In his current position as Client Technology Manager, Matt implements commercial real estate technology for brokerage teams and their clients. Previously a senior research consultant, Matt managed local retailer databases with retailer sales, rent comps and new developments. Matt created web-based customized market strategy and aerial maps. He also provided analytical research support. Prior to joining SRS, Matt worked as a retail sales associate at REI and Macy’s.

Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
