Matt Coates

Matt Coates joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Senior Client Services Manager. He assists with transactions, facilitates marketing, sources buyers, and underwrites deals. Prior to joining SRS, Matt was a senior account manager at Berkeley Capital Advisors, where he was involved in $2 billion+ in transactions. Before Berkeley, he was a core member of the convenience store sales team and spearheaded all transactions for the top agents at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. Matt started his real estate career in 2015 at Colliers International as a sales agent, where he was a member of the top retail investment sales team.

Matt graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in business administration and minor in applied psychology.
