Louis Dan joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Senior Research Analyst. He provides strategic data analysis, market intelligence, and tailored research support to the retail team. He specializes in transforming data into insights that inform client strategy, leasing decisions, and business development efforts. Louis has a well-rounded background across research, investment sales, and asset management since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2018. Prior to SRS, he was a Senior Research Analyst at JLL, where he produced market reporting and analytics for service lines supporting institutional investors and REITs.

Louis has a B.S. in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Houston.
