Lauren Biggs

Lauren Biggs joined SRS in 2025 as a Transaction Associate in the San Francisco office. She is driven by her aspiration to collaborate with tenants on a national scale. Prior to SRS, she gained experience at Colliers International, where she specialized in retail transactions and building sales across San Francisco. She worked closely with fashion and lifestyle tenants, as well as private investors and institutional landlords including Hudson Pacific Properties, Hines, TJPA, and Ponte Gadea. Her time at Colliers allowed her to develop a deep understanding of Union Square, surrounding neighborhoods, and key retail corridors throughout the Bay Area.

At SRS, Lauren supports both tenant and landlord representation efforts through transaction management and marketing. She focuses on efficiently advancing deals, advising brands on market entry and expansion strategies, and ensuring clients receive thoughtful, data-driven support every step of the way.  

Lauren holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has been a licensed California real estate professional since 2023.
