Kyle Zimmer

Senior Associate

Kyle Zimmer joined SRS in 2023 and is a Senior Associate in the Newport Beach office. He supports brokers and clients with projects ranging from single tenant retail properties to multi-tenant diversified portfolios. Kyle brings a unique blend of experiences to the of commercial real estate industry. Prior to his venture into real estate, Kyle was a Major League baseball player. He was selected 5th overall by the Kansas City Royals in the 2012 draft. His baseball career spanned 11 years, ten of which were spent with Kansas City and his final season was with the Cincinnati Reds.

Kyle's baseball career solidified skills that he channels into commercial real estate. He leverages his in-depth familiarity with major metropolitan areas (MSAs) across the country to offer clients unparalleled service. His transferrable skills include an unyielding competitive drive, unwavering discipline, a strong work ethic, exceptional communication, and collaboration capabilities.

One of Kyle's strongest assets is his extensive network of relationships, cultivated throughout his playing career. He is excited to engage with the world of commercial real estate with the same intensity and fervor that he brought to professional baseball. Through his dedication, passion, and relentless pursuit of excellence, Kyle is poised to deliver the best possible experience to his clients.

 Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. He was inducted into the USF Hall of Fame in 2020 and was a NCAA All American while at USF.
