Kurtis Blanchard

Kurtis Blanchard joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as a Vice President with the Southern California Industrial team. He specializes in representing investors and occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial outdoor storage properties across the country, with a focus on the Western U.S., including contractor yards, cross-dock facilities, trucking operations, storage yards, and manufacturing sites. Leveraging the resources of SRS's dedicated IOS platform, Kurtis identifies new business opportunities and connects clients with the firm's national reach. His ability to combine passion, persistence, and patience throughout the transaction process has built lasting trust and loyalty among his clients. To stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, Kurtis regularly attends conferences and is an active member of various real estate associations and community organizations. Prior to joining SRS, he was with Colliers International.

Kurtis graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
