Kim Phan joined SRS in 2023 along with the other members of the Pacific Northwest team, formerly of M&M Real Estate Consultants. Kim’s introduction to commercial real estate was with the purchase of her first dental practice, which opened up her interest in the industry. Prior to brokerage, she spent 17 years in the dental industry. In her short time in the industry she has done quite a bit of work with several clients including Joy Teriyaki, placing them in 13 Walmart locations and counting. She also represents Artly Coffee, Tasty Pot, Budget Cabinet, Viscom, and Queen Mama.
