KC Herbert

KC Herbert joined SRS in 2024 as an Associate in the Orlando office. She will focus on tenant representation and brings a blend of creativity and analytics to the team. Prior to joining SRS, KC was a broker at Atlantic Retail, where she excelled in tenant representation, using analysis and software to secure off-market opportunities and was a leader in AI integration, KC also has experience in marketing and social media management.

KC has a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance, and an MBA from Rollins College.
