Kaylyn Hudson

Kaylyn Hudson joined SRS in 2020 and specializes in tenant representation, working with retailers on multi-unit rollouts and strategic expansions.

Kaylyn has actively assisted in DFW expansions with national tenants such as Frost Bank, Grain & Berry, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Urban Air, L.L.Bean, Luna Grill and AT&T. She has successfully contributed to dozens of transactions, helping position valued clients for long-term success, and was recently promoted to Vice President. 

She began her career in retail real estate with an internship at The Retail Connection where she gained experience in deal tracking, property books, and client presentations. She is a graduate of Oklahoma University and an avid Boomer Sooner fan.
