Katrina Kieu

Katrina Kieu is an Associate with the Industrial team at SRS Real Estate Partners in Dallas, where she specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Katrina focuses on representing owner-users, investors, and developers in the sale and leasing of low-coverage industrial properties and IOS facilities. She is actively involved in sourcing off-market opportunities, underwriting transactions, coordinating marketing strategies, and guiding clients through complex sale-leaseback and investment transactions. Her work emphasizes understanding each client’s operational needs and structuring solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

She joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as an Associate in the Dallas office. She previously participated in SRS’ internship program during the summer of 2024 and continued working as an analyst while completing her degree. In addition to her experience at SRS, Katrina has held internships with Weitzman, Stream Realty Partners, and Home Tax Solutions, where she gained exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate and strengthened her analytical and client service skills.

Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. While at UTD, she served as a board member and Vice President of Marketing for the university’s Real Estate Club.
