Karisa Burke

Karisa Burke joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023, where she oversees the full lifecycle of lease transactions on behalf of both tenant and landlord representation teams. Leveraging over eight years of commercial real estate experience, Karisa specializes in supporting high-volume rollouts and single-tenant development strategies with a focus on data-driven site selection, market planning, and contract execution.

Karisa’s background includes managing strategic real estate initiatives across retail and automotive verticals. She has held key roles in expansion programs for national brands, including site acquisition for Carvana, corporate real estate strategy for Level 5 Capital Partners, and transaction advisory with Cushman & Wakefield and Mohr Partners . Her expertise lies in streamlining deal flow through critical phases—from entitlement analysis and LOI negotiation to lease finalization—while aligning closely with legal, brokerage, and development stakeholders.

Karisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is an active member of ICSC. She also contributes to industry leadership development through her role with NAIOP Arizona’s Developing Leaders program.
