Julia Fiku

Julia Fiku joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Client Services Associate based in the Tampa office. In her role, she works closely with the Retail and Capital Markets teams to support the execution of successful transactions, while ensuring exceptional service for clients throughout the process. Prior to joining SRS, Julia served as a client services manager at Franklin Street for over three years, where she played a key role in supporting hundreds of successful investment sales transactions. Julia holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Event Management from the University of Florida.
