Jordan Yarosh

Jordan joined SRS’ Capital Markets team in 2022 as a Debt & Equity advisor. He specializes in funding diverse commercial asset types nationwide including net lease retail, industrial, medical office, mixed-use, and more. Jordan also helps fund development/construction projects and has successfully placed numerous Preferred Equity investments. 

Jordan has closed over $250M in loans while at SRS and was recognized as a Top Producer in 2025. He has a strong track record of maximizing lender interest for his clients and smoothly guiding them through the closing process. He takes pride in fostering loyal relationships with borrowers and brokers alike, who trust him as an expert facilitator. 

Jordan is an alumnus of New York University and has a vibrant logistics background after working 10 years in the music industry. He toured around the world with artists such as Taylor Swift, Vance Joy, Tiësto, David Guetta, Weezer, Panic! At The Disco, and many more. 

Jordan enjoys playing drums, golfing, snowboarding, and going on coffee dates with his wife and children.
