Joey Reaume

Joey Reaume joined SRS Industrial in 2025 as Executive Vice President and Principal in Southern California. Joey specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties across the San Gabriel Valley and West Inland Empire submarkets. Representing institutions, investors, developers and users, I advise my clients on transaction requirements that range from value-add investments and land development deals to NNN lease negotiations and institutional dispositions. Prior to joining SRS, Joey was at Colliers.

Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2013, Joey has quickly established a reputation as an expert who actively seeks out new approaches to position his clients for success. Valuing strong relationships coupled with a forward-thinking attitude, he strives to maximize results for his clients by proactively presenting key market insights to provide value-add transactions.

Joey has a B.S. in finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Realtors (AIR), and the Young Professionals Group in NAIOP.
