Jennifer Dunn

Jenn Dunn joined SRS in 2025 as a Senior Associate in Orlando. She specializes in landlord and tenant representation focusing on project sales and leasing. Before joining SRS, Jenn was with Harbert Realty Services in Winter Park and has nearly 25 years of real estate experience in Central Florida. She has worked with national retailers throughout Florida such as Walgreens Specialty Stores, Dell Anno and Sapphira Privé MedSpa. Alongside her tenant representation work, Jenn assists retail property owners in acquiring assets across Central Florida and has played a key role in landlord leasing efforts.

Jenn is a Florida native and has a B.S. in marketing from the University of Florida.
