Jeff Gates joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 as Senior Vice President in San Francisco. Working with the Capital Markets team, Jeff specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant net leased investment properties nationwide. He has 15+ years of transaction experience with over $1 billion closed, and 800 individual properties sold during that time. Prior to joining SRS, Jeff was a Director at The Kase Group.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
