Jeffrey Gates

Jeff Gates serves as Senior Vice President with SRS Real Estate Partners in San Francisco, where he is a member of the Capital Markets team. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net leased investment properties nationwide.

With more than 18 years of experience, Jeff has completed over 600 transactions totaling more than $1.1 billion in closed volume. His expertise spans all aspects of investment sales, including advisory, valuation, and strategic marketing of net lease assets.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of San Francisco. He resides in Marin County with his wife and two children and is an active member of ULI, ICSC, The Guardsmen, and The Olympic Club.
