SVP & Principal

As senior vice president & principal of SRS Real Estate Partners, Jason is responsible for business development and transactions. Jason represents multiple national, regional, and local retail and related clients in strategic planning, corporate acquisition, and disposition.

Jason has an extensive record of client-driven achievement by providing a multitude of commercial real estate solutions. Jason has been active in commercial real estate since 1995, with commercial appraising and landlord representation at Faison/Trammell Crow Company for 10 years representing institutional and corporate landlords. Since then he has represented users and owners at SRS Real Estate Partners. Services he provides include tenant rollouts, owner representation, acquisitions and disposition. Jason has an extensive relationship network with tenants, and owners that assists his knowledge of the Florida market. His top clients include Albertson’s / Safeway, Cowboy Chicken, Dutch Bros Coffee, EOS Fitness, Formosa Developers, LA Fitness, Main Event, MOD Pizza, Oak & Stone, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, Sleep Number, Staples, Taco Bell, and Torchy’s Tacos.

Jason is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts Business focusing on real estate and English. Jason is a CCIM member and has served as the Florida chapter president and the Region 8 vice president. Jason's involvement in the community included board memberships on Track Shack Youth Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, as well as active contributions to the McIntosh Society (Florida State University Track & Field). Jason is an avid runner and has promoted fundraising for many charities, which include Fred Lebow Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and Fisher House by completing many marathons.
