As senior vice president & principal of SRS Real Estate Partners, Jason is responsible for business development and transactions. Jason represents multiple national, regional, and local retail clients in strategic planning, acquisition, and disposition.
EXPERIENCE
Jason has an extensive record of client-driven achievement by providing a multitude of commercial real estate solutions. Jason has been active in commercial real estate since 1995, with commercial appraising and landlord representation at Faison/Trammell Crow Company for 10 years representing institutional and corporate landlords; and tenant, developer, and landlord representation at SRS Real Estate Partners for the remaining 12 years.
Jason has an extensive relationship network with tenants, developers, and landlords that assists his knowledge of the Florida market.

COMMUNITY / PERSONAL INFORMATION
Jason is an active CCIM member and has served as the Florida chapter president and the Region 8 vice president.
Jason is active in the community with board memberships on Track Shack Youth Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, as well as active contributions to the McIntosh Society (Florida State University Track & Field). Jason is an active runner and has promoted fundraising for many charities, which include Fred Lebow Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and Fisher House by completing many marathons.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Albertsons / Safeway – currently working disposition of Florida properties. Recently secured a transaction to sell a 10-year-old vacant property in Ocala.
Main Event Entertainment – assisted to secure the first Florida location and secured the second location in Central Florida.
