Jason Kaiser, CCIM

Jason serves as SVP & Managing Principal at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he leads business development and oversees transactions. He represents a diverse portfolio of national, regional, and local clients, advising on strategic planning, site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions.

With a career spanning commercial real estate since 1995, Jason brings a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions. He began in commercial appraisal with Clayton Roper & Marshall, then transitioned to Faison/Trammell Crow Company, where he spent a decade representing institutional and corporate owners on Retail and Office. At SRS, he has expanded his focus to include both owner representation and tenant representation with specializing in tenant rollouts, site acquisition, and asset disposition.

Jason’s deep relationships with retailers, developers, and property owners provide him with strong market insight across Florida. His client roster includes Artistry Restaurants, Cole Valley Partners, Collard Properties, Dutch Bros Coffee, EOS Fitness, Formosa Developers, NGI Investments, Oak & Stone, Paradigm Development, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, Sleep Number, Staples, Taco Bell, Torchy’s Tacos, Zaxby’s and others.
