Jarrett Slear

Jarrett Slear joined SRS in 2023 as an analyst for the Florida Capital Markets team. During that time, he experienced underwriting primarily NNN single-tenant properties and several multi-tenant properties. Over his one-year span as an analyst with SRS he underwrote more than 330 properties, totaling over $97 million in volume. Jarrett has transacted on more than $40 million in real estate sales, contributing brokerage-level skills toward the sale. Jarrett specializes in both buyer and seller representation and currently resides in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami MSA.

Prior to his time at SRS, Jarrett gathered valuable knowledge on the institutional level through his internship with Global Net Lease’s acquisition and disposition arm. His first full-time position was with the NNN Pro Group in Manhattan, NY where he worked on the institutional coverage group as an analyst.

Jarrett graduated from Plymouth State University, where he participated in their men’s NCAA ice hockey program and holds a major in business administration and a minor in professional sales.
