Jamie Ward
Senior National HR Manager
Jamie Ward joined SRS in 2005. She is currently Senior National Human Resources Manager. Jamie manages payroll and benefits administration, including health and medical insurance, and the 401k retirement program. She plays a key role ensuring that SRS is compliant with constantly changing laws and regulations. She is also heavily involved in our on-boarding process, working to deliver a smooth, pleasant experience for all new brokers and staff team members.
Jamie is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. Jamie was a color guard member in the LSU Tiger Band. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and local Dallas HR.
