Jake Prater

First Vice President

Jake Prater joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as first vice president on our Capital Markets team. He has more than six years of experience in investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management. Before joining SRS, Jake was with Red Tail Acquisitions where he spearheaded new acquisition efforts in the western United State and had oversight of leasing activity for the firm’s Hawaii and Pacific Northwest portfolio.

Jake is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute.
