Jack Newman

Jack Newman joined SRS in 2026 as a Vice President with the National Multi-Tenant Advisory team in Dallas. He brings nearly a decade of experience across investment sales, leasing and asset management, with a focus on multi-tenant retail. Jack has closed more than $175 million in transactions and is known for his ability to source opportunities, navigate complex deal dynamics and deliver strategic outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining SRS, Jack was a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Levy Retail Group, one of the firm’s top-performing shopping center teams. He closed more than $150 million in multi-tenant retail transactions across Texas and surrounding markets, advising private and institutional clients on acquisition and disposition strategies. He built a strong track record sourcing on- and off-market opportunities and managing transactions from positioning through negotiation and closing.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Jack has asset management experience overseeing a family-owned retail property, where he led lease restructurings to transition tenants to NNN, successfully protested tax assessments, onboarded new brokerage and insurance partners, and implemented financial reporting processes to enhance long-term value—bringing an owner’s perspective to his advisory approach.

Jack has a B.S. in general geology, geosciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
