Jack leads the Salt Lake City, UT office for SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the US for Retail specifically. His team is highly specialized, capable, and focused on mid-market exclusive seller representation of investment sales nationally. The team facilitates and creates opportunities for a wide spectrum of private and institutional clients. In 2021, the team completed over 900 Investment Sales representing over $3 Billion in worth. Since Jack joined in 2018, the team has sold over $10 Billion dollars of Commercial Real Estate in the US.
Jack has over 9 years of transactional investment sale experience and has directly closed more than 100 transactions. Jack has tenacity and creativity in bringing deals to a successful closing. He takes pride in his level of energy brought to every assignment, his responsiveness, and his ability to drive creative solutions. Under the mentorship of Patrick Luther and Matthew Mousavi, Jack has built a reputable transaction portfolio, sizable national database, and business that creates many repeat clients and referrals.
Jack is a graduate of the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, where he studied statistics and finance. He completed a Real Estate Investment Certificate at Harvard University. He is an active member of NAIOP, ICSC, and the Association for Corporate Growth, attending all major industry events. Jack also owns two small investment groups that finance Triple-Net developments and acquire yield-driven properties nationally. He is an owner of the Take 5 Oil Change Franchise in Utah, with 10 sites slated to open by 2024. He is a partner at a social media marketing firm called Jack Graham & Co. Jack enjoys mentoring junior associates and helping young professionals transition into the business world. If not working, he can be found traveling, snowboarding, golfing, or hanging out with friends and family.
