Isaac Haas joined SRS in 2024 as an Associate in the Dallas office and was quickly promoted to Senior Associate following a highly successful 2025. As a member of the firm’s industrial team specializing in tenant representation, Isaac distinguished himself early by leveraging his network, demonstrating strong adaptability, and bringing a creative, solutions-oriented approach to complex client needs.

His work is centered on advising occupiers across a range of industrial assets, with a particular focus on large-scale users and multi-market portfolio strategy. Isaac takes a strategic approach to optimizing industrial real estate portfolios, helping clients enhance operational efficiency, reduce occupancy costs, and align real estate decisions with broader business objectives.

Isaac has experience working with and representing companies such as Janel Group, Service Spring Corporation, and Alterman, supporting their expansion, consolidation, and long-term occupancy strategies. His background enables him to navigate complex lease structures, distribution requirements, and logistics-driven site selection, delivering tailored solutions for high-demand industrial users.

Prior to joining SRS, Isaac was with Transglobal Services LLC, where he served as both an outside sales representative and a staff landman in the Renewables Division. In this role, he developed strong negotiation skills and gained experience managing land, infrastructure, and energy-related projects. Earlier in his career, Isaac worked with Beikong Environment Renewable Energy Shuyang Company in Beijing, China, further broadening his global perspective on infrastructure and industrial operations.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Isaac was a standout collegiate athlete at Purdue University from 2014 to 2018, where he played Division I basketball at a high level. He went on to play professionally, including time with the Utah Jazz and internationally. These experiences instilled a high level of discipline, teamwork, and performance under pressure; qualities he now brings to his client-focused advisory work.

Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in selling and sales management from Purdue University.
