Henry Macfarlan

Analyst

Henry Macfarlan joined SRS in 2025. He is an analyst in the New York office with the National Net Lease team. Henry underwrites investments and produces marketing materials for projects ranging from single tenant retail properties to multi-tenant diversified portfolios. Prior to joining SRS, Henry was an associate at Blue Gate Capital. He also has construction management experience with the Pulte Group.  

Henry is a graduate of Sewanee with degrees in economics and Spanish.
