Heather joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024, bringing a unique operator-minded perspective to retail and restaurant leasing.
Heather’s background in hospitality sets her apart. She lived and worked in New York City, collaborating with some of the industry’s most influential operators. She has owned and operated restaurants and has led concept development and project management for a variety of food and beverage brands. This firsthand experience allows her to advise clients with a deep understanding of both the business and real estate sides of the industry.
She represents notable tenants including Bandai NAMCO Amusement America Inc., Tous Les Jours Bakery Café, Spiller Park Coffee, Necessary Purveyor, Frame of Mind Eyewear, Hey Yogurt, Larakin, Nan Xiang Dumplings, Necessary Purveyor, Three Taverns Brewery, Totopos Restaurant, and Vietvana.
Heather works with many tenants, with a focus on urban core environments. She is proud of her ability to connect emerging and established brands with high-impact locations and for driving thoughtful, experience-driven retail that resonates within each neighborhood
