Hayley Mustin

Hayley Mustin joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as Vice President on the Capital Markets team. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease retail assets, franchise M&A, sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchanges. Hayley advises private investors, developers, franchisees, and operators across the country, helping clients navigate sophisticated transactions and achieve their investment objectives.

A significant focus of Hayley's practice is franchise and multi-unit operator M&A, where she represents both sellers seeking liquidity events and buyers pursuing growth through strategic roll-up acquisitions. She has advised retirees, family-owned businesses, private equity groups, and large multi-unit operators on both the buy and sell side of transactions. With extensive experience in the QSR sector—particularly Sonic Drive-In—as well as the automotive and hardware industries, Hayley is known for navigating complex situations and structuring creative solutions that maximize value while aligning the interests of all parties involved.

Hayley graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business.
