Hayden Bruno

Hayden Bruno joined SRS in 2025 and is an Associate in the Tampa office. He specializes in the advisory, acquisition, and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net leased properties including medical office/urgent care, QSR, casual dining, c-store, daycares, strip centers, big box anchored centers, and more. He assists with the team’s transactions, sources buyers, facilitates marketing, manages clients, and oversees 175+ active listings and 100+ retail transactions annually. Prior to joining SRS, Hayden was an associate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.

Hayden has a B.S in finance from Florida State University. He is a Rising Leaders Board Member for Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa.
