Hank Jenkins

Hank Jenkins joined SRS in 2026 as a Vice President. He specializes in industrial and flex properties throughout San Diego County. Hank represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, providing data-driven strategies that help clients maximize value and achieve their real estate objectives.

A seasoned commercial real estate professional and San Diego native, Hank brings deep market knowledge across submarkets including Carlsbad, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Sorrento Valley/Mesa, and Escondido. His areas of expertise include financial analysis, lease negotiations, purchase and sale negotiations, market analysis, and valuation. In 2023, Hank successfully completed over 40 transactions totaling more than $100 million in total consideration, underscoring his ability to execute at a high level for his clients. Hank has completed over 400 transactions in excess of $500 million total consideration throughout his commercial real estate career.

Hank earned his B.A. in economics from the University of San Diego. He is an active member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP.
