Erin Genzano

Erin Genzano joined SRS in 2025 as the National Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees office and financial operations as part of the corporate operations team. Before joining SRS, Erin was a Regional Operations Manager at Compass, bringing over 10 years of experience in operations and project management. Prior to Compass, Erin managed daily operations in support of high-performing agents and luxury transactions at HOM Sotheby’s International Realty. 

Erin holds a B.A. in history/political science from Concordia University in Irvine. She also has an active California Real Estate License and is a California DRE Certified Transaction Coordinator. In addition to her professional achievements, Erin is a dedicated and accomplished athlete. She served as the Team Leader for Concordia’s women’s soccer team, where her exceptional skills and leadership qualities earned her NAIA League Honors, recognizing her as demonstrating high moral character, fine leadership ability, and held in high esteem by her colleagues, coaches, and fellow athletes. Erin's commitment to excellence both on and off the field makes her both a standout player and an inspiring leader.
