Ellen has been with SRS and Cypress Equities in various capacities for over 23 years. She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Principal on our SRS Tenant Representation team. Ellen has worked with a variety of local and national retailers on site selection and disposition strategies. Most notably, Ellen specializes in automotive dealership work across the country. She represents AutoNation, Asbury Automotive Group, Sonic Automotive, Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, Hudson Automotive, Sons Automotive, ALM Automotive Group, and Blue Compass RV. Ellen has personally executed or managed over 120+ automotive transactions, totaling more than $400 million in transaction value.
Prior to her brokerage tenure, Ellen worked with our development team, Cypress Equities, as Development Manager for multiple retail and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast. She led the development team and process from site selection to entitlements, construction, leasing, and financial analysis.
Ellen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ellen is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR).She is also an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and numerous charitable organizations, including The Shepherd Center, Agape Youth and Family Center, NCL, and GiGi’s Playhouse.
