Edward Heap

Ed joined SRS in 2017 and focuses on retail tenant services, landlord services, and land sales in the Houston metro area. In the past few years, Ed has been an SRS Top Producer, Top Achiever, and HBJ Heavy Hitter. Ed provides commercial real estate services to many notable retailers and landlords. Some of Ed's tenant services clients include AutoNation, Landry’s, PepBoys, Crunch Fitness, El Pollo Loco, Haverty’s Furniture, Joybird (La-Z-Boy), Red White & Blue Thrift Store, AutoSavvy, Mister01 Pizza, and many more.

Prior to joining SRS, Ed was an associate with the Weitzman Group, where he handled retail project leasing and retail tenant representation. He negotiated numerous sale and lease transactions, including several for tenants and landlords in the Houston metropolitan area.

Ed has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Sam Houston State University. Ed is on the Board of Directors for Riceland Management District. He works with many charitable and cultural organizations that benefit the Houston community and is part of the Breeders Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. In addition, Ed is a member of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR).
