Dave Faris

Dave Faris joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President in the Newport Beach office. Dave specializes in representing clients with the disposition and acquisition of industrial net-leased properties across the country. Prior to joining SRS, Dave was a director at Berkeley Capital Advisors where he focused on industrial net lease properties nationwide, and his team brokered more than 2,100 transactions totaling $6 billion. Dave also worked with a national acquisitions team focusing on properties that were uniquely challenged environmentally or in bankruptcy and operated industrial fishing, factory trawlers on the Bering Sea and throughout the Aleutian Chain with crews of over 50 men.

Dave graduated from the California State Maritime Academy with a bachelor’s degree and an Unlimited Tonnage US Coast Guard License.
