Dane Fernandez

Senior Analyst

Dane joined SRS in 2020 as an analyst in the Newport Beach office. Dane specializes in single and multi-tenant net lease underwriting. He assists the team with project management, deadline, and underwriting oversight as well as transaction coordination. Additionally, he also assists with managing and training the analyst staff. Prior to SRS, Dane was a project coordinator for a Phoenix based commercial general contractor that specialized in concrete tilt-up industrial developments.

Dane graduated from W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business, Dane obtained a Certificate in Professional Sales.
